BEST MAPPING TOOL

What do you like best? Igrafx is my first mapping tool since i have been used this for past 2 year. It is really a fantastic tool to lean and implement the mapping. While doing the mapping with customer it will helped a lot like easy to access all the tab in a single window and you can shit another map using the Window tab and even the links to the sub processes also a great to handle . The very big thing is you can do only process maps in other thing you cant do the single one like this. ...

Most needy tool for my Job!

What do you like best? A very simple platform to use. We can collaborate from mobile devices or browsers. One of the best tool for process mapping. Scalable - supports secure IT environments also. What do you dislike? When we copy paste an existing process map to a new map, the systems are getting deleted once we save the file.
