Great for creating organizational charts

What do you like best? iGrafx is a nice tool to create workflow and charts diagrams like organizational charts. The software has many great features including the smart objects tool that I see essential in making diagrams. iGrafx is simple to use and editing previous charts is so easy without any issues. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? iGrafx has been excellent for capturing and documenting our current processes. It has virtually no learning curve. iGrafx was the way to go

What do you like best? I use iGrafx to create workflow diagrams. It is easy to use and and required almost no training to get started. What do you dislike? I have not had any problems with iGrafx. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would say that iGrafx is easier than Visio to adopt and implement but with 100x the power and capability. I use igrafx at work everyday as a process engineer for USAA

What do you like best? It is very easy to use and useful for documentation. It is simple and easy to adapt to. Simple drag and route arrow functions. Easy to recognize icons and boxes. Simple layout and easily manageable swimlanes. What do you dislike? Lack of tutorials and guidelines when running into issues. The page margins are tricky and hard to use. What do you like best? It makes process mapping seamless and efficient What do you dislike? I do not like the transition from the process input to the connections. It is hard to make connection points from one end to another. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are in process mapping, I highly recommend you switching to iGrafx because it will make your input of processes much easier and simple. The ability to quickly create a process and ensure that it is shared with any others in the organization that need access is web based and very easy to start.
