What do you like best? The iGrafx application is intuitive tool for modeling. It enables models with the capability to 'drill-down' from high-level to transaction details if needed. It includes "alerts" within the application to alert users when a process is not correctly modeled. With limited training, end-users are up and running quickly. What do you dislike?
