iGrafx Review

What do you like best? The application has various reporting and approval flow capability which is not available in other applications. It has both iGrafx App and Web based so it’s easy to provide read only permissions to front line users. Annual process map certification and tracking is very easy It can easy configured to other application so the data can be transmitted easily What do you dislike? Sometimes it’s little slow apart from that I don’t see any Recommendations ...

Igrafx

What do you like best? Easy to use and very robust offering as long as you have the latest version at all times What do you dislike? Releases are not build so one goes to another - when you upgrade have to do loads of rework to get to where you were and any time you want new functionality told you have to upgrade Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you understand the level of work to get all of the information needed into the tool as it is not ...

A Perfect stop for all the business mapping problems

What do you like best? I like the simplicity and the interface if the software. When I started working for the first time to create a value stream map I was very confused about the steps I should follow but eventually I found this platform really easy and amazing with the results. I created maps, did a lot of business mappings and found the VA/NVA's, Wastes with the least possible time. What do you dislike? I like this software quite a lot but one thing or we can say problem I faced ...

Great process mapping software!

What do you like best? It is very easy to use and customizable. It works more intuitively than Visio and also has the capability to do simulations. Learning how to use iGrafx is straightforward. What do you dislike? Some of the simulation features are not straightforward for building models. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was able to build a supply chain model for one of my clients. It was great to simulate the work environment ...

Immense platform for process improvement

What do you like best? Together fulfills the needs of 3 key process constituencies: 1. The IT user’s needs for process modelling for implementation 2. The BA community’s needs for process modelling for optimisation 3. The continuous improvement community’s needs for process methodology support What do you dislike? If there was a way that iGrafx could be more smarter tool than now, it would be of greater help! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

iGrafx makes mapping look crisp and clean

What do you like best? iGrafx is fairly simple to understand and learn its functions. It has well-structured user documentation and it’s tool bar is very helpful with creating basic to advance level maps. What do you dislike? One con I found about iGrafx when I first started using the tool was it’s support. There were times when I searched for answers to a few questions and it wasn’t easy to find them in the FAQs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

iGrafx review

What do you like best? The best feature is it allows you to look at an object with all the attributes, this will help to see all the details in one place for the selected object. It does not allow you to add an unsupported object to a specific field. What do you dislike? The latency issue is the worst part and the desktop application is very slow in mapping any process model. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Everything in one ...

Great software

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to use. Easy transition from Visio to iGraphx. What do you dislike? It can be frustrating with the lag between the web version and the desktop version. Sometimes additional models will be created instead of another version of the model. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use iGraphx to model current state maps. It has been helpful to have a repository where everyone can access the models.
