What do you like best? It is very easy to use and customizable. It works more intuitively than Visio and also has the capability to do simulations. Learning how to use iGrafx is straightforward. iGrafx makes mapping look crisp and clean

What do you like best? iGrafx is fairly simple to understand and learn its functions. It has well-structured user documentation and it’s tool bar is very helpful with creating basic to advance level maps. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The best feature is it allows you to look at an object with all the attributes, this will help to see all the details in one place for the selected object. Great software

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to use. Easy transition from Visio to iGraphx. What do you dislike? It can be frustrating with the lag between the web version and the desktop version. Sometimes additional models will be created instead of another version of the model. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use iGraphx to model current state maps. It has been helpful to have a repository where everyone can access the models.
