What do you like best about IDETA? NLP integration makes the chatbot smarter. Lots of logic options to guide the user through the chat process. What do you dislike about IDETA? Some buttons were in French but these appear to be fixed now What problems is IDETA solving and how is that benefiting you? Ideta is being used as a chat bot in an e-learning platform and it is performing great.

What do you like best about IDETA? the system is really well built and easy to move around but the best part is the education that's provided every step of the way. if you follow their education you'll be building a great chat script in no time!
