HubSpot has made lead tracking and overall marketing seamless for my pipeline.

What do you like best? I like the ability to not only track leads but market to them in very segmented ways. There are ways to not only segment my contacts but also segment them into lists and market to them that way in different ways. What do you dislike? I dislike the interface that I have. What do you like best? It's easy to use and let's you know if there is a problem. That way you don't have to wait for a bounce notice. What do you dislike? It can be awkward to mass edit. Sometimes you get the formatting all done for 3 platforms, THEN you catch that typo and have to go back to each one. Also, the preview panel resets the posting scheduler. What do you like best? Everything is super user-friendly and easy to use.
