Tons of useful features and top notch customer support

What do you like best? It's flexible and allows us as an org to run a myriad of different email campaigns What do you dislike? I'd love to "more levers" meaning the ability to send push notifications, in-app messages, and even SMS natively What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? HubSpot marketing handles all of our email marketing needs and the CRM helps our internal support team as well.

Hubspot is a good tool to do marketing digital

What do you like best? Hubspot is a "hub" with many helpful features.. I like most "email feature", because its very easy to use (test AB feature is amazing) and we can organize our communication in folder. I like to "connect" with others app and others teams (like mkt and sales) Theoretically list import is widely used, and sending emails by automatic workflow is widely used. creation of landing pages with embedded forms, and even more emails triggered according to the interaction ...

The Hub is no Flub!

What do you like best? The Hub is very intuitive. If there is something that you're hoping for it to do chances are pretty good that it allows you to do so. Recently I built numerous workflows to kick off a lead process which included scoring and rating. With custom properties I was able to craft the process exactly as I proposed to sales and set it live without flaw. The Hub us set up in manner that makes sense navigationally, and HubSpot continues to make improvements. What do you ...

User Friendly Experience

What do you like best? I like the ability to easily create highly customizable workflows that allow us to power our lead routing automations. Our forms capture an adequate amount of information on our leads, we look for key metrics to determine which sales team we would like to route those leads to, as well as which don't look like a fit for our sales process, and treat them accordingly. What do you dislike? Reporting can be difficult at times. There isn't as much flexibility as I ...

Nothing as of now. all good . so far the best. Earlier we were using zoho marketing hub, but Hubspot marketing hub is the best of the all Recommendations to others considering the product: The all-in-one marketing suite What problems are you solving with the product? The Value Beyond the Value

What do you like best? HubSpot is most basically known as a CRM tool to capture and organize customer information. However, HubSpot can do so much more than that with the workflow, reports, and property options. Our company is very diverse in the customers we work with and how they function. The use of automation allows the groups to incorporate automation into their process to help them get back to the important things. What do you dislike? Some of the email functionality could be ...

Very powerful tool

What do you like best? I think it's good how you can track behavior on a marketing email. It also automatically prints a list of hardbounces. The E-Mail Builder overall is also very good. You can send emails with the signatures of the contact owners, so it looks less newsletter-like. But the most powerful tool is workflows. You can automate a lot of processes What do you dislike? The LinkedIn HubSpot Connection is awfull. And some self-evident functions are not HubSpot ...

Convenient 3rd party poster.

What do you like best? It's easy to use and let's you know if there is a problem. That way you don't have to wait for a bounce notice. What do you dislike? It can be awkward to mass edit. Sometimes you get the formatting all done for 3 platforms, THEN you catch that typo and have to go back to each one. Also, the preview panel resets the posting scheduler. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make 1 post to one platform, then hit the button to copy to a 2nd ...

Excellent Tool for Email Marketing, Landing Pages, Forms, Organization, and Integrations.

What do you like best? Everything is super user-friendly and easy to use. Drag and drop landing page and email builders, clone-able assets, downloadable templates and integrations with most major tools like Zoom, Outlook, Eventbrite, DepositFix, DocuSign, Instapage, Slack, and Typeform to name a few we currently use. Anything I can't integrate with via Hubspot I can accomplish with Zapier. Support is also excellent, and constantly available via live chat. If I have a problem or ...
