What do you like best? I like the ability to easily create highly customizable workflows that allow us to power our lead routing automations. Tons of useful features and top notch customer support

What do you like best? It's flexible and allows us as an org to run a myriad of different email campaigns What do you dislike? I'd love to "more levers" meaning the ability to send push notifications, in-app messages, and even SMS natively What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? For the most part I've been self taught when using Hubspot. Thankfully, it's very easy to navigate and if I do run into issues and have questions, their KB and live chat (with ACTUAL people) is phenomenal. Any request I've entered was turned around within 24hrs. What do you dislike? The only thing I wish HubSpot would implement is true freezes in campaigns.
