"Above average CRM, price structure isn't ideal for small businesses."
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? Hubspot's interface is relatively user-friendly and easy to pick up. I've had good experiences when I needed to contact support. Tons of valuable training videos for all features. The sequences function has been convenient.

"Better than other CRMs"
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? I've worked with Salesforce in the past, and I think that hubspot is more geared towards a reasonable work environment. It's harder for managers to micromanage and keeps the stress off the employee. Generally a pretty great CRM, and while it still has flaws its still my favorite so far.

"Includes everything you need to be successful"
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? Tracking reads and opens and clicks on my emails is really cool. And being able to bulk-send emails is something I wouldn't have been able to do without a tool like HubSpot.
