Easy to use and simple.

Love HubSpot & It's Support Teams!

We've been HubSpot customers using Marketing Hub, and more recently Sales Hub, for a few years now - love it! The platform and the support/training we receive are so valuable. It's taken our business to a whole new level. Erin Philbrick & Katie Cromer are absolute rockstars helping us better use the tools and reach our goals. So worth the investment! Their resources are incredibly helpful on all topics as well.

Great CRM, easy to use and still powerful

I have too much experience with other CRMs but I am quite happy with Hubspot. So far, everything has worked well, that sounds like it's not much of a compliment, but from prior experience, things simply working well is the best way I can describe it.

Great! It is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. It would be cool to generate lists automatically for each form that is created, when publishing you can select if the list is static or active. It would make my life a lot easier.

It's hard to imagine switching

I love how dynamic and customizable reporting is with Hubspot - it's like Tableau Lite! Even though we have over 10,000 contacts in our database, I can easily see where they are in the pipeline, how recently we've contacted them, and segment them based on a multitude of factors. I think one of the most time-saving aspects of Hubspot is the Automations feature. We love Hubspot! We’ve been able to really move forward on sales and marketing alignment because of how nimble and user friendly the platforms under the hubspot umbrella are to use both for reps and marketing team members. Cannot recommend them highly enough. I tell everyone to use hubspot
