I prefer to use a rolodex
I prefer to use a rolodex! Hubspot is about as bad as it gets. I can't believe they charge money for this interior product. If I had to continue using it, I would have pulled the rest of my hair out. Stay away from Hubspot if you want to stay sane!

Horrible customer service! Don't consider using them
I spoke to a sales rep on 12/28/23. She told me that i that a $250 per month plan would accomplish my business needs. On 01/02/24, I began using their software. Everything I needed to do required an upgrade charge. I contacted sales and explained what i needed and what i got were not the same. The customer service rep said this is very common and apologized. He said he would submit a refund request. On 01/04/24, I received an e-mail from their contract teams and was told they would cancel ...
