Hubspot is broken

Hubspot requires 2 factor authentication, the second factor being found on my cellphone. In order to log in, you need the 2nd factor device. If 2nd factor device is lost or broken, the software no longer works and can only be activated with a 2nd factor from broken device. They clearly have implemented, but not tested 2FA as a result, the software no longer works. Support repeatedly tells me to click "reset 2FA" and when I do, I'm required to enter a code that can be found on... my broken ...
