Expensive for what I got

Expensive for what I got. Many little features that would round out the experience and effectiveness are hidden behind the next paywall. As a small business, I just can't afford to move to the next level and am actively looking for another CRM.

Nickle and Dime Every Feature

We've been a client for three years. Can't tell you how annoying it is to agree to an upgrade thinking you're going to get access to everything advertised, but then they remove a common sense aspects to make you upgrade again. For example we upgraded to be able to customize all the Contact fields BUT if you all your sales team members to have the same arrangement/order of fields, that requires another upgrade. It's a great way to stay organized

It's a great way to stay organized. I wish that the emailing was better. It will not let me send emails a lot, saying they have bounced, even when it's a reply to someone who has emailed me. It is frustrating for me and our customers. I also wish that you could tie a task specifically to a deal instead of the company in general.

Generally Hubspot is a VERY good tool

Generally Hubspot is a VERY good tool, however as a former user of Salesforce, I find there are some significant UI/functionality differences that have caused some stumbling blocks for me, particularly in the reporting/dashboard tools. I don't think the goal should ever be to be as much "like" the competitor as possible, so I don't fault HS for being "different" but there are some limitations around functionality (global filters for dashboards with custom report types) and some slightly ...
