BEWARE!-HUSPOT WILL DELETE ALL YOUR CONTACTS & CAMPAIGNS WITHOUT WARNING

Due to a long term illness I was not using Hubspot for 'OVER A YEAR' and later I received an email 'TO SIGN IN SO THE ACCOUNT IS NOT DELETED' > that I did! Guess what - still 'ALL OUR CONTACTS/ 1 YEAR WORTH EMAIL CAMPAIGNS/ INVESTMENT' DELETED 'WITHOUT' any warning When I called Hubspot, they at first apologised and that will investigate this 'TECHNICAL ERROR' > NOTHING WAS INVESTIGATED I emailed with all supporting information - RAISED COMPLAINT: ignored & no action taken SUMMARY: ...

"Best CRM we have used"

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? Ease of use was a big talking point for my business and we decided to give Hubspot a go as it was a new piece of software we hadnt come across but we are very glad we did as we are now using it everyday and run the business through it. I would recommend Hubspot to anyone.
