What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? There is room to customize a bunch of things which makes the tool easy to align to whatever project you are orchestrating in your organization. Depending on the plan you are subscribe to, you have access to custom objects which are super usefull when your organization is kind of complext in terms of data recording.

Locked me into a 12 month contract…

Locked me into a 12 month contract without my knowledge. It was in the fine print of what I thought was a monthly subscription that I could cancel at any time. After being completely frustrated for 6 months trying to overcome all the shortcomings of this software - and paying $11,000+ USD - I have been trying to cancel for 2 months now and today this horrible company charged me ANOTHER $3300+ and refuses to cancel my subscription.
