What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? Hubspot saleshub lets us run automated sequence workflows to target a larger TAM and also have a check on customer journey touchpoint across inbound outbound and marketing, thus making it an effective reachout overall

"Easy To Integrate"

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? Hubspot's ease of use and compatibility with Salesforce was a big reason why we originally implemented it in 2018. We havent even considered another option because Hubspot has been amazing for us. The two systems sync almost flawlessly and whenever we have issues, the customer support team does wonders. Highly reccomend Hubspot Sales Hub.

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? My favorite tool is the Prospecting (beta) feature. it's really helpful to see the progress of all the sequences I'm running, activity, and overdue/upcoming tasks.

Really frustrating sales process

Really bad sales reps. I don't know who is running the sales team there, but they literally are chasing away customers trying to give them money. It's impossible to get any support when trying to set up a paid account.

The capabilities are nearly endless, except

The capabilities are nearly endless, except, the software has a rather annoying feature. If you don't click the "SAVE" button, nearly all of your changes will be lost, without a prompt asking you do you want to save your changes. You would think that clicking "Apply" to the changes would save it, but you would be wrong. You would think that maybe have the save button in the same location would be a good idea too, but nope, not with HubSpot. My advice would be to try to automate EVERYTHING ...

They only care to get your money. No help.

First, we had to deal with a lady who was only interested in getting her comission, and was not even hiding it. When we first signed up, we did it in a way she would not be getting her comission, so we had to close our account and sign up again, just to that she gets her cut. She took advantage of us not knowing better, and sold us things we did not need. One of them was their "onboarding" service. It was so awful we did not even use up all the time we paid for.
