Hubspot Sales (Email extension) Saves me nerve cells and hours!

Seriously, this is the easiest and the most useful tool for those cold emailing. Whether you're a PR person, a marketer, a sales rep, or a founder - you NEED it. Knowing which emails are opened/unanswered or unopened at all puts you in control of the situation and helps improve the messaging and conversion rate at the end of the day. Did I say it's also free? It is!

Great for SMEs

Have been using HubSpot for a while and can definitely recommend to any small business owner. Some features could be developed but generally, a very helpful marketing and sales tool.

Bad Customer Service

We upgraded to Hubspot's Sales Pro to use their Meetings tool. On their website they advertise that this will connect with your Google Calendar to prevent double bookings - this is not entirely true, it only connects with your default Google calendar - so if you use more than one calendar in Google it will double book you. I bought this to the attention of the Hubspot support team - it took a month for them to discover this limitation. When I requested a refund based on the fact that their ...

A lot of work to build - get a good partner

Pricey, but good product. Not as easy to use to develop traffic as they pretend it is. A lot of labor and work needed.

Good Product - Horrible Customer Service

The product is good but unfortunately the respond rate and the quality of the support is very bad. We had two weeks to wait before we could even start using hubspot.
