Hubspot is my favorite platform for managing my websites
PROS: HubSpot provides you with new ideas on how to create your content by checking their blog posts anytime. Its report features are customizable and you can even extract the data you need. The other good thing is that you can always rely on their customer support team if you have troubles with creating specific list of leads. It allows you to send emails to more than 65k contacts.

Unreasonable contracts & terms
Unreasonable contracts - they auto-renew for annual subscriptions without asking - won't give refunds at all. The pricing automatically increases with contacts but doesn't decrease when you reduce the contacts - apparently you have to ask them to do this. The staff is looking to over-charge in any way possible and terrible service after.

Their customer service is really bad
Their customer service is really bad. I like the product but I can't be paying almost 400€ month for a company without working customer service.

Ich war beeindruckt wie schnell und…
Ich war beeindruckt wie schnell und problemlos Hubspot meine Probleme identifieziert hat. Satt mir sofort Hubspot als Lösung zu empfehlen, hat der Vertriebsmitarbeiter mir nützliche Tips gegeben, um meine Website sofort zu verbessen. Ich habe mich erst nach Monaten für Hubspot entschieden und wurde ab Tag 1 super betreut. Nun habe ich das Tool eingesetzt und habe schon in 3 Monaten Resultate.Super experience, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Tolle Funktionen, jedoch mein Marketing einem Ami- Server anvertrauen? Grottige Organisation (es gibt nur "Manager"hatte bis jetzt mit 5 verschiedenen zu tun) könnte jederzeit mein Marketing abstellen
I head a dream (Ein Albtraum, der wahrscheinlich nie passiert): jahrelang aufgebautes Marketing, steigende Response und der amerikanische Hubsput CRM Server füllt sich zunehmend. Und plötzlich käme irgend ein amerikanischer "Renewal Manager", oder "Inbound Manager" aus Ireland auf die Idee, aus welchem Grund auch immer, den Zugang lahm zu legen. This is perfect and intuitive solution
PROS: When we started with Hubspot our workflow has become much easier, we can integrate on-site-code and have an access into our page. We can see what each customer has seen or done on our website. We can turn email visitors into leads and it is much more useful than outbound marketing. We always know what features our customers want or need. I personally like its snapengage integration which is extremely interesting tool.
