Spot for InBound Sales

The Features that are provided in the Hubspot is interesting and ease to use.We can prioritize on the leads and we can work on that.The call option that can be used for the future reference.Event the mails are being synchronized that can be viewed for the future references.We can value our customers in verifying the leads and is is very useful.Certification course is the most interesting one.

Support is non-existent, you have to email someone hoping they get back to you within 24 hours (the shortest time period of response)- and when they do they send me links to the 'self help' pages that I have already looked at. I have opened 11 tickets within the last two months and not one has been sufficiently resolved. The features they sell as benefits to subscribers do not work they way they should. We send outbound leads to Hubspot

Been using it for a while with our sales and marketing team. For us really works well because we push automatically outbound leads and leads with intent to buy from our website from voogy.com platform. In Hubspot we record the meetings we've booked with the leads and keep here the contact we send them, deals information. Really straight forward the usage.

Hubspot offers great integrations and features, I highly recommend it

PROS: I needed a tool that would help me to improve marketing strategies and to integrate various aspects of the job into one comprehensive platform. We use Hubspot for 6 months and we are still learning new features and tools. It has great integration with Salesforce which helps us to build omni-channel strategies. It offers blogs, emails, landing pages, newsletters to smart list and lot of other tools.
