had a lot of problems to begin with due to one of their partners systems not working properly - we had a lot of arguing and it got quite aggressive but we kept going and eventually worked through it you know I think it's going to be worth the money

20k a year for our small company to have a CRM
Hubspot costs our company approximately 10x what our previous CRM charged at $25 a user. Granted we have a large volume of contacts we use for prospecting and they charge based on contacts. For the amount we pay the platform is really quite bad. (for any amount over a few dollars a month I'd feel that way). I'll touch on the issues one by one. Functionality - as other users have eluded to there was little to no thought put into how the actual experience would be for sales professionals. ...

Hubspot- A marketing automation tool
For marketing automation, this is a good tool and user friendly in compassion to other such tools. They have tied-up with many other software vendors and these software could be connected with your Hubspot account to perform many useful operations. Personally, I like many of such tools. But HubSpot also has certain limitations, like one can create limited no of lists, or create automated emails. There need be certain improvements in certain features in list creation or CTA. One thing I ...

HubSpot offers a solid growth platform...
HubSpot offers a solid growth infrastructure for any company that wants to grow and scale -- and at a price point that offers something for everyone (from free CRM to enterprise level for Sales, Marketing & Service). Ease of use and breadth of functionality are two primary reason I love HubSpot. While HubSpot can be more expensive then some competitors (but less then others), one thing to consider in your purchase decision is the cost of ongoing education/training. HubSpot offers training ...

Must Consider HubSpot
There are many marketing automation platforms, but after using HubSpot for many years, one of the absolute best features that makes it worth your time & consideration is their willingness - or determination - to improve & be the best for their customers. The opportunity to provide direct feedback is there and not only do they listen, they act.

HubSpot = Marketing that WORKS
The key to holistic marketing that WORKS is HubSpot. Even better than the product is HubSpot's customer service and account reps. They will leave you and your team feeling like every goal is within reach.

Have been using HubSpot for about 4…
Have been using HubSpot for about 4 months now. Not too happy with the CRM. Seems it was designed by a bunch of coders without end-user feedback. Everything about the design has an engineer's perspective to it, it seems. Data-centric. I've read it is based on SalesForce code, so if that is true, it makes perfect sense. It allows limited flexibility within the confines of what the CRM allows but outside of those restrictions, little to no flexibility. Also, too many deliverability issues ...

Lost our data, doesnt care to help
Outage, lost leads and rude customer service. I used to love hubspot but they delete 20% of all my leads and this is terrible for our business!
