I really enjoy using HubSpot. I've found that the software aligning with the inbound methodology makes it much easier to think of the customer journey and keep in mind what you are trying to solve for.

dear god, bumpy onboarding after a week I'm giving up, no support, addins don't work, oh look below are some fake reviews! 57% of all reviews are bad, if you include average ones it's nearly 65% or 3 in every 5 customers think it is rubbish!
