High in PR
High in PR, low in service delivery. I feel CRM is over priced.

Decent as a free CRM
Pros: • The free version is a decent Sales CRM if you don't go above their Contact limits. It has task lists, deal funnel, and it's super convenient that it looks up data based on the Company URL (estimated annual revenue, number of employees, industry.) You can create lists and filter information. It's reasonably granular • I actually have had good experience with customer service. The people doing Chat are pretty good, and I've done a couple of voice calls without complaint. The support ...

Very useful tool but misses a lot of…
Very useful but misses a lot of features both on the marketing solution side as well as the sales solution. It seems they're putting 33% of their focus on each while doing the same with their third pillar, the service solution. That's too bad because although both solutions reinforce each other, both our marketers and salespeople are using a bunch of other tools to tie everything together: Something Hubspot claims to solve. In sum, it becomes a pretty expensive ordeal altogether and not ...

Suggestions on improvements
Hubspot can be more flexible in term of segmentation of the audience. It took a lot of time to change the filter when there is a lot of layers. Suggest to add a button, so that filter can apply to all. For instance, whenever I created a list, it would be good if the hubspot can have one button 'apply all' such as 'opened email' for different audience. So that we do not need to click and choose one by one. Also, hope that hubspot can speed up the loading time of the created list as it usually ...

Highly recommended!
We've had great success using HubSpot. It's very simple to use and has allowed us to take great strides in automating our marketing activities. We can easily keep track of prospect and customer info and the deal tracker gives us fast access to the important information. The support programme is great and there is a wealth of knowledge and tips to be found in the help forums and help centre. It's been a vital tool in helping us grow - I really can't recommend HubSpot enough.
