I personally think Hubspot is easy to use and well put together. I appreciate the easiness of the Dashboard option. I personally work as an Account Executive where I work and the Dashboard helps me and my team stay on top of our tasks and productivity.

Beyond compare. HubSpot is an 'all-on-one' platform for communicating with the outside world. Doesn't matter if it's marketing, sales, or service, it's all captured, organised, and presented back to you so you can actually do something useful with your data. If you are using it only for CRM, or just for sending email broadcasts, or just for storing a list of marketing contacts, you are missing the point, and not getting the value out of it.
