One of the best software products I…

One of the best software products I have used to connect with my audience. The pricing tiers are very far apart so It can get pricey very quickly. However the starter packages are very reasonably priced.

Love this product.

Love this product. Their features just work and do exactly what they advertise e.g. chat bot and how easily we can enable it on any page of our website with a custom workflow, that is just awesome. Also, their customer service is fantastic and nimble in ways they handle requests! Hope these guys don't change their culture at all!

Awful company to do business with

Awful company to do business with. I was made promises on how the software would work and what it could do. Cole then said he would produce videos on how this items could be implemented. Well the videos never happened, and when I pressed him on the issue he said "he did not get commission on the sale so he didn't really care". Case in point if you are referred into hubspot run and do not expect internal support if they are not getting commission.

Do not sign a contract with them!

What ever you do, avoid signing any type of agreement with HubSpot. They will make it very difficult to amend terms or assist you in anyway. As your tiers grow, they will not reduce your tier pricing if your tiers shrink, and will remove your payment details, rendering you hostage to their pricing.
