Best free crm i have ever used
Best free crm i have ever used. Great for small business who don't need to ditch out a fortune. Very smart with cool features. However the weakness is i would say is the price for premium plans however still a solid 5 out of 5

Мне нравится Hubspot. Но есть один вопрос, который не могу решить до сих пор. Мой корпоративный ящик на Яндекс.Коннект и при привязке его к Хабу возникает ошибка.

Junksupport. Hope you will never ever have to use them!20 Minuten zeit fürn Popo an ner Hotline verdödelt und dahinter arbeitete ne Praktikatin. Was soll sowas? Wenn man überfordert ist dann gibt man sowas weiter...Man stelle sich mal vor, man hat mehrere Zehntausende von Kontakten.Deutschland kann kein Internet und nichts, was im Internet läuft. Das ist sicher. Aber die Amis können mit Sicherheit kein Support und kein Service das über Copy & Paste geht!

Cool free version
Cool free version, very limiting if you need a lot of power and a complex system, also the data structure is a complicated as compared to other systems. I had better luck with ZohoCRM which is very wysiwyg but can rack up if you get addons. Ultimately I feel like pipedrive worked the best for me but need to keep users low.

Worst ever - Seen better Betas.
I don't know what business people who post positive Hubspot reviews are using the platform for. I'm sincerely curious what tasks they find it useful for. This is the absolute worst platform I have experienced for free - much less paid. I tried out marketing and sales hub (100 a month for 2 users) when all I wanted to accomplish was send bulk emails (3-5 at a time) to contacts with attachments and track opens. In three months - and granted, the effort was off and on - I still don't know how ...

I've written a review before, but I honestly can't rate Hubspot highly enough. Here's an example of customer support for you. I ask customer support for a feature that doesn't yet exist. They tell me that although it isn't currently possible, the team are looking into it because it's a popular request, and they are aware. I thank them for it. They close the ticket. Then i get a notice to say the tickets reopened. "Hi Ben, So sorry for re-opening up this ticket but I wanted to let you ...
