Partner Program - Stay away at all costs
I joined the hubspot partner programs years ago and have been waiting to get my commission from them since 2018. Today, after sending dozens of emails on the matter they approved our documents. FINALLY, we were going to get our commission. Then of course, we got contacted by their team lead letting me know that section4 of X document found on Y page states that we have six months to sort this through. Fraudulent Company: Stay Away
I found this CRM to be useless. I requested a refund and termination, and was told I'd receive both by their customer support team. 12 hours later, I was fraudulently charged $8,900. Do not do business with this awful company.

Appalling Service from HubSpot!
We were using the email Marketing suite and were suspended from using the service. They claim it is due to the unsubscribe rate (3.9%) but when I spoke to other companies we have a much lower rate than them (some as high as 8%) yet was fobbed off by Customer Support! I would not recommend Hubspot to anyone - steer clear of them!

Draconian Enforcement of Contract, ZERO flexibility

The best CRM tool
PROS: I'm using free version and it is excellent - it saves time and energy, automates features like emailing, collects info from the data entered and provides valuable insight through dashboard and analytics. You can always rely on the info provided and analytics from the dashboard.
