Draconian enforcement of contract

Draconian enforcement of contract, poor customer service, extremely pricey, little flexibility and poor understanding of EU legislation. There are far better alternatives that are cheaper, provide better customer service, understand EU legislation and provide flexibility. They will NOT show any flexibility for any signed contract even if they had false promises.

Extremely Poor - Blocked the email section. Did all the recommend steps then threw more questions back at me, then did all those steps that were followed up and then threw more questions back at me. Overly priced! Poor Customer Service!

This CRM sucks, dont waste your money on this company, way better CRMs out there, They constantly have glitches and theyre always updating things in the CRM and dont tell their client about the upcoming updates.

Customer Service team are very ignorant and unhelpful

Unprofessional ans untrained customer support staff as if they hired people and didn't analysed there ability to answer customer questions. Been chatting with the team from last 5 days with almost 7 agents, strange to see that no one expect and has the ability to solve the glitch in their CRM tool. We created a form and send to our…

We created a form and send to our 15.000 clients and then we get a message saying: "You can't edit or create forms right now. Your forms tool access has been suspended while we carry out some checks" When i reach out to get help i am met by automated replies. What a massive fail!!!!!

We use these guys at work

We use these guys at work. Expensive as hell, but it does the job pretty well. As a sales person it's pretty useful for not forgetting I need to be responsible for sending out contracts or what not. Again $$$$ but if you can afford it, do it.
