Totally useless customer service

Totally useless customer service. Have an issue logging into my account for which I pay close to $300 a month; they were unable to offer any useful support to log in; I still can't log in. This is the most insanely poor service I have ever seen. Avoid.

Very poor service

They don't reply as agreed. Tried to charge us an extra fee of €280 by adding an extra onboarding fee without asking us. They don't answer our support cases.

Der Letzte Dreck

Der Letzte Dreck, unübersichtlich, unflexibel, Null Support kein Telefon, doppelte Leads werden abgelehnt (Macht Sinn, wenn der Kunde nochmal meldet ihn abzulehnen) einfach irgendwelche husos die selber keine Ahnung von Vertrieb haben und irgendeine Software hingerotzt und groß verkauft haben, rausgeschmissenes Geld wäre ein kompliment, einfach verschwendete Energie und Zeit, die man auch ins Unternehmen stecken könnte!!

Hubspot is very slow to respond

Hubspot is very slow to respond. Our renewal was coming up and we needed to make changes. By the time we got a definitive quote, the renewal date had come and gone. When we asked for adjustments, they wouldn't make the adjustments retroactive to our renewal date so we had to pay more than we should.

I wish there was a no stars option…

I wish there was a no stars option because that’s what HubSpot deserves. They charged my company $160 per month for six months and did absolutely nothing that they promised. No contact. No representative to work with us. They even stated at time of us entering into an agreement with them that they would offer their service for free until they got us on to first page of google search. Never happened. Not even close. I listened to their founder on a PodCast. He’s is a liar and con artist. I ...

Overrated and very overpriced

Overrated and very overpriced. What was once the young innovate competitor to SalesForce has become the incumbent. We and many other users have been requested crucial features for years, which they still haven't implements. In the meantime prices have sky rocketed.
