Everything gets easier with Hubspot.
After installing Hubspot in early 2019, we quickly began to realize that we could use all the reporting and analytics to optimize our marketing activities. In a short period of time, we also implemented CRM in our sales department, with excellent results and at the moment nobody can imagine their day-to-day life without Hubspot. Without a doubt, everything gets easier with Hubspot.

Right decision, we rely on hubspot among the competitors in the market
Once we start using Hubspot I noticed how easy now I can observe my team members and also make right decision depending on the data I see in the dashboard I am happy with Hubspot CRM and also the Mobile app easy to use and make the process smooth

Hubspot helped our company to become a leader!
We use Hubspot's CRM, Marketing, Sales and Service tools and are more than happy with it. It supported us in rough times and helped us grow when we decided to go all in with a whole new strategic approach to survive the pandemic. Great to improve productivity, team communication, marketing-to-sales-handover proccesses, and a lot more. Friendly and competent costumer support with just the right mix of chatbot and quickly available personal counseling.

Great experience
We have been working with HubSpot for over two years now. We use the Blogging, CRM and Marketing functionality and are very satisfied with the intuitive, user-friendly experience. With HubSpot we have improved on efficiency and collaboration. Although we didn't have many questions, the ones we had were answered quickly and very friendly by HubSpot customer support.

HubSpot is great
HubSpot is very user-friendly. I particularly like the automation options it offers, they save time and help to stay on track. Reporting could be super customized and adjusted to any reviews. So far the best CRM I had the opportunity to use.

Hubspot not a B2C tool, better with Klaviyo.
We were sold HUBSPOT as a B2C tool to increase customers lifetime value. We spent $50k on Hubspot, we received no value from it whatsoever. We would have been better off with Klaviyo. It was basically a "beta" software for Shopify. It did not sync properly. They didn't give us 1 cent back after all the issues we had.

BUYER BEWARE! HubSpot's Onboarding Fees Are a RIPOFF! All they want is your money.
We spent months looking at tons of different CRMs and platforms. We finally decided on HubSpot but as soon as that contract was signed everything changed! They reassured us several times that HubSpot would seamlessly integrate with our additional applications, specifically, QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop. Guess what? It doesn't. There's no such thing. You have to pay $10k-$20k for a custom API to be created. They wouldn't even let us talk to a non-sales rep to actually confirm that ...

Rip Off!!!!
Rip Off!!!!! I wasted over $10,000 with HubSpot and they provided no help. I feel ripped off by HubSpot. Terrible and unethical company. There are a million other CRM systems. Don't use HubSpot...they are terrible and supporting their customers.
