Reporting function terrible!

After 10 years of using Salesforce I was intrigued when a new role meant that I would be using Hubspot. As a marketing automation tool hubspot is above average, as a central CRM, Hubspot is adequate (meaning it will house all of your data). From a reporting and dashboard point of view the tool is absolutely and ridiculously terrible! I cannot even begin to explain how poor it is. Great CRM, sales operations, and Business Growth tool. I love the embedded workflow automation that enables you to automate critical recurring actions while customizing to your exact needs. Hubspot is solid. Pricing is a bit steep though.

HubSpot's a boost to our company's info sharing

HubSpot's been a great addition to our company, offering a new level of shared information and transparency. It's intuitive and well-developed with surprisingly few technical problems. In short, I'd recommend HubSpot. I do however wish more functionality would be available for the Sales Hub Starter product. Great and easy to use!

My experience so far (since April 2021) has been amazing and increased our client leads, prospects, and sales a lot. Super simple to use and great options on creating your plan for both bigger companies or smaller ones as ours. I can recommend HubSpot!

Complete CRM tool with a great UI

Complete CRM tool with a great UI. It's really easy to setup and manage f.e. workflows, landing pages, dashboards, etc. It has however also a few downsides; the search option is very limited and the analytical options also (last one is improving over the last months)

Sort out Resubscribes for 5* PLEASE

I would like to give 5Stars, but until HubSpot realise they need to fix the resubscribe issues as per all the posts and upvotes on the community forum, I just can't. Apart from that LOVE YOU HUBSPOT! :)

Having used multiple CRM software…

Having used multiple CRM software packages, I have to say this is one of the better ones. It has a nice layout, easy to navigate, good integrations with other software. Definitely worth a look if you are looking for a good all round CRM package.
