Overall it's a really great experience…
Overall it's a really great experience to work is HubSpot and the UI is really easy to learn, teach and use. Sometimes there are small things that we need for our organization that missing in the CRM.

HubSpot is a very powerful CRM
HubSpot is a very powerful CRM / solution to manage your leads. When looking at a solution when I created my company, i looked at many options and Hubspot was the best I found. It’s intuitive, easy to use and they have great plans for start ups, which enable you to start with a friendly budget. As you grow, you can add features easily. In addition, they have amazing tips, tutorials, videos that help you find solutions for your needs and use the platform.

Never looked back
We began using HubSpot just under a year ago as our CRM system and the main tool for marketing communications. Besides how easy it is to use and how well it integrates with all of the other tools we use (eg. WordPress) I'm really impressed by the excellent customer support. Best in class!

HUBSPOT for Sales Management
I've used many tools over my career to support sales efforts, but HUBSPOT is by far one of my favorites. Consistently updated with new features, HUBSPOT allows me to keep improving our sales cycles and results!

One of the best things about Hubspot is…
One of the best things about Hubspot is that whenever you encounter an issue, a logistical one, a techincal one, billing issue - they always respond with the best of help. It's good to know that no matter what, there's someone on the other side to listen and help out.

Some basic feature are missing or are…
Some basic feature are missing or are to expensive compared with other tools. For example, it is impossible to check duplicate contacts or having a forecast of the active deals. Also it is not possible to order by Company in a lot of tables.

Great tool for marketing
Our company uses Hubspot for all our marketing initiatives. It makes it very easy for us to define and schedule our social channels and blog posts. The forms allow us to then capture relevant contact information and start nurturing potential sales leads. It does take some training to learn, but the provide excellent resources in their HS Academy, you just need to dedicate the time to reviewing it.
