Hubspot helped us to increase number of visitors
PROS: HubSpot offers clear and understandable tools and features and it is extremely easy to use. You can always ask its support team for assistance or you can find online trainings in order to figure out how to use this tool. It offers great marketing solutions and lot of resources for best practice. It allows you to focus on creating more professional content without worrying about tech details of website management process.

Their billing department will start you…
Their billing department will start you on a low price discounted plan. Then raise the price significantly when your contract ends. I spoke to a rep to negotiate a lower price as we are a startup, they don’t respond and then raise the price the price on you. If you’re a startup, try not to get trapped in their billing games.

Worst CRM ever
Worst CRM ever, incoming emails don't logged and it takes so much of my time just to manually log emails. Useless customer service making you go through 10,000 steps and wait for the problem to solves itself

Much easier to use than Salesforce
Much easier to use than Salesforce/Pardot and helps us make our emails look very professional and we get better open rates.

Top user-friendly CRM
Hubspot is one the most user-friendly systems I've used in a long time. The CRM is easy to setup and optimize according to your company's needs and goals, even with little knowledge on software systems. I love how easily you we can integrate various apps with our Hubspot account so that all our data is stored in one place. HubSpot is perfect tool for increasng traffic on your web page
PROS: I like the fact that I can accomplish everything I set out within HubSpot. In the beginning I needed more time to find out how it works and where the options are. Its customer support team is one of the best and they have assisted me through every step of the program. I find its tools useful and practical.

Hubspot it's an amazing marketing tool, but..
Hubspot it's an amazing marketing tool, but you need some improvement on User Experience. You could make more intuitive the analytics tools and the e-mail builder is so stiff. Some little improvements that could make hubspot much more incredible.

Since I use HubSpot I can better follow…
Since I use HubSpot I can better follow my Prospects, Leads, Opportunities and track them naturally. It allows me also to keep the focus on what really brings value. I like also FWD and BCC HubSpot for each of my mails intended for partners, clients, prospects. The smooth integration with Zapier and Mailchimp, Go To Training allows me also more to automate specific tasks.
