NEVER. USE. HUBSPOT!

Only wish I had read my own review before being convinced by a Hubspot "Busines Partner" that no other platform could achieve the leads and conversions that Hubspot can. Well, that is so far from the truth. Before you listen to this pitch from some dodgy "marketing Expert" or "Hubspot Business Partner" (which I believe is common), be careful - before you know it you will experience the pitch: - a 12 month lock-in plan (what SaaS company does this any more) - $20,000 to "setup" Hubspot. Do not trust these guys

Do not trust these guys. They lure you in with a great discount offer and then they go back on what they have said and written in mail. Really dissapointed and angry that they made us waste so much time. Found more honest CRM choice...

Customer Service Non Existent

We have a reasonable size contract with Hubspot. However they are still completely disinterested in fixing our email deliverability issue which we proved was on their platform several months ago. This means we are stuck into a contract with no support and are now having to pay to use mailchimp and later import the leads via Zapier at double the cost.

Basic & Manual

It's just so basic and so manual. It takes you an hour just to do really simple things tasks. Not intuitive at all and there are so many better systems out there.

Customer service is terrible

If you are subscribed to the Starter package, it is almost impossible to have an issue resolved within a week. We have been trying to contact the support team via the ticket system for 5 days and we are yet to get a response. Really poor experience so far.

Starter plan for e-mail worhtless

Starter plan for e-mail is not something that you can use if you just want to create a simple e-mail to your customers. You are forced to jump from 48 EUR to 700 EUR a month if you just want to have double opt in or a decent manage your preference page. So I would recommend everyone to start looking somewhere else before jumping into HUBSPOT. I have worked with several large vendors but this is a poorly way to address future customers.
