Pay if you want support.
After learning how this CRM works my account was suspended, the decision is not appealable unless you go to the paid plan. The decision was made by the system which flagged the account for no reason. Even if the support team wanted to help me they could not, you have to pay to be unfrozen. Complete waste of time.

"HubSpot a gem for sales development."
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? It's an easy-to-use platform, anyone can easily get used to the tools that they offer, if you use it as the main CRM of your company you won't regret it, uploading leads, creating cadences and reviewing the statistics after that it's incredibly helpful and way easier than other platforms.

Overpriced For Functionality
Oh HubSpot, although you are great at marketing automation the limitations your software has to "actual" customizations" is disappointing. Every step it costs you more money to get a functionality only to find out the developers are not ahead of the game. We have had to add so many different apps just to make the software work. What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? We are using mainly Deals and Contacts, and setup Tasks linked to different fields. That's quite convinient and minimize manual work. It helps several teams working together.

it is certainly not something you learn…
it is certainly not something you learn in an instant but it really helps in the daily management of contacts, customers... especially when there are more than fifty of them. Very good blog and lessons.

Hubspot is amazing
Hubspot is amazing! You can achieve automation and utilize top level marketing tools as a true beginner. Easy to learn, user friendly, and a powerful tool. It just takes some time to understand how things work and its limitations, but after that you can do almost anything
