"HubSpot makes my work less stressful"

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? I like that all the customer info can be easily shared with teammates. I also like the fact that it's pretty flexible for customized features, which helps a lot in new projects.

False advertising

False advertising. Sales rep promises features that don't exist just to get your money. Must implement various illogical work-arounds to achieve desired results. Impedes productivity immensely. Depletes morale. Shame.

"Easy but not simplified"

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? I like that I can view all deals in different stages and also change the views of how I see the info. Also, links are easy to reach and go view other info that is a part of the profiles I´m working on

Miserable customer support

Miserable customer support. Every time I need to solve an issue they give vague replies. They might reply immediately to your first message, but without any solution. I waited for them to continue and they said it looked like I left the chat, so they closed the ticket. I tried to reopen the ticket but once they closed it, they just won't reply to you anymore. However, if you open another ticket, they will reply fast again, but of course, incompetent.

I am absolutely sick and tired of…

I am absolutely sick and tired of trying to get my account sorted. They moved us to a 12month term contract without us knowing. I have been trying to discuss it with someone for ages but i keep getting passed around with generic emails constantly. Stay well away!

Hubspot will kill your email deliverability and business

Hubspot will make you pay for a year contract and after the lengthy implementation, they will ruin your email deliverability and kill your business. The most help they will offer is a $5,000 verbal consultation. After your business is dead they will still try to make you pay.

This platform is incredible and the team is so responsive and knowledgeable. The only reason I rate 4/5 is because it is quite a learning curve. For our organization, it was difficult to get the whole team on the same page with procedures. However, it is an incredible tool with more features than you can imagine! They have a lovely team of people running the show at hubspot!
