"Very user-friendly, customizable, but has some limitations as a CRM"

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? Hubspot allows the end-user to create custom reports and dashboards that are helpful to my day-to-day. It's also very easy to associate activity with deals, companies, and contacts as well as send emails directly from the deal page. I also think the Gmail plug-in works great!
