"Hubspot is very useful & efficient in my Sales Life"

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? What I like about Hubspot is the Report Dashboard features that help me to track everything that I do and be aware of the performance that I throughout the day. It helped me reach my quotas for sending emails, tracking marketing emails that I have to outreached and etc.

User-Friendly and Easy to Navigate, but Account Rep Garbage

HubSpot is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Some other CRMs are exceedingly complex, but HubSpot's user interface allows users to quickly find what they're looking for. I deducted two stars because our company's Account Manager is not at all easy to get a hold of and does not respond promptly (if at all).

More experienced support agents, please!

I feel like I have more experience then the majority of customer support agents you have. I'd love an option to be able to hire a Hubspot expert for hour blocks. That way I can have more of a hands-on approach.

One of the most complete CRM platforms

Hubspot is a great tool comprised of high quality native features as well as the ability to integrate an extensive amount of external apps to be able to use within its platform. The platform itself is extremely complete and very comprehensive, giving any user the ability to learn to get the most out of it in a short period of time. This along with the great support team at HubSpot, make it a must have for any organization and I recommend it without hesitation.

I couldn't live without HubSpot

I couldn't live without HubSpot. I use it for absolutely everything relating to Marketing and it is so intuitive. The knowledge base and HubSpot Academy are exceptional for developing both general and HubSpot-specific skills. I recommend HubSpot to anyone in Marketing looking to streamline and centralise all their automation, scheduling, CRM, and reporting.
