What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? I like that I can forecast, prospect, and gain effective insights all in one platform. I do want more features but I believe they are heading down the right path : )

I enjoy using HubSpot CRM - the navigation is easy to learn and master. I particularly like the email features, including the email builder.

I am a superfan!
HubSpot is one of two tools that I can say seriously reshaped my career entirely, the other was Google Ads. Learning how to use HubSpot took me from a capable marketer to being able to use low-code tools to solve major business problems. The speed and efficiency that I have been able to solve them using the workflow tool has been a major contributor to my company's adoption of technology as a whole. "Im no CRM expert, but I like the way HubSpot flows!"
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? I love being able to store all our contact data on the HubSpot server. Im a huge fan of the templates and snippets feature. I also love using the HubSpot plugin for gmail, I think the log and track feature is awesome! I recently used the chat help-desk to resolve an issue, it had to be escalated to engineering but was still sorted out in a timely fashion.

HubSpot takes advantage of SMBs
Every project I have I run into something that HubSpot should do, but can’t. It’s either a crazy workflow workaround, or I have to port out to another service. I’m talking disasters like using “today” in calculations, omitting weekends from SLAs (tickets), any sort of forms advancement. If you Google your issue and it’s on HubSpot’s ideas board - it’s not happening. You will see ideas that were “under HubSpot review” for 3 years there. HubSpot's pricing is very expensive for SMB. "Great CRM, Great CMS, Email marketing is a bit expensive"
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? The integrated CRM with CMS. (COS). The CMS performance is quite good, the pages load fast. It is easy to create workflows in the CRM. We use this tool every day.
