"Every day enjoying it's features more and more."
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? What I enjoy most is the automation of several features, but mainly the "sequence" option. Which is great for my role specifically, where I have to send out a tons of emails to get the customers attention. Once I get a reply the sequence stops and I take over. Perfect.

"How great Hubspot is"
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? Simplicity, hubspot brings the opportunity to make correct follow-ups to our potential clients. Also, automatization is really simple to configure, I'm not an expert tech guy, but I have been able to make different panels, workflows, and sequences easily.

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? I like the ability to bulk-change objects by exporting them and importing an updated excel file. This saves us a lot of time. The performance statistics for marketing emails are also super helpful (especially enjoy how a batch of contacts from the open list can be converted and automatically transformed to

Hubspot cancellation predatory practices
We have used Hubspot for 6 years. It has worked well during that time. We recently had to make the decision to switch providers. When we reached out to Hubspot we were informed that our subscription auto renewed (2 months before) and that we were locked into the entire year subscription. I asked to cancel and they informed me we would have to pay the full subscription fee, for the year (even the part we won't use) before we can cancel. I wish I could buy everything from HubSpot.
I have been using HubSpot sales pro for a couple months now, and so far, I am very impressed. The user interface is complex, but intuitive. Using HubSpot's plethora of features is surprisingly straight forward. It works very well as our CRM, and for automated followup. Best of all, the tech support is out of this world good. I wish I could use it for everything.

If you using Hubspot - quit the misery and let them finally fix it or die.
Hubspot is the tool that will hopefully die really soon. For whatever reason, it is considered the industry standard. Every marketing tool, if you try to use it is like trying to work on PC computer 20 years ago. It took me 23 hrs of talking with 12 HubSpot reps and the Success Team to change the theme - background color and font color on the page. All for $15K a year.
