Using it for 2 years now. Trust me! Don't use it.

1. The API is very bad. I'm getting rate limits every day, telling me I have reached limits which is not true since I'm tracking it. 2. The webhooks are not send every time. Just randomly. 3. I'm paying more than €2400 for Hubspot and since I haven't subscribed to the "Transactional Emails" addon, I can't send an email to all my clients even if they unsubcribed from the email communication. "Great tool for sales department"

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? Email Sequencing feature. It is very simple to arrange emails into sequences. It can be done with a drag and drop feature and also allows multiple sequence customizations to the user. The sequences are easy to replicate in other workflows without making multiple changes or requiring extensive modification.

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? The email tracking is the best part. Being able to view opens, clicks, views etc. I also like the sequences aspect of it where you can put your contacts in and it does the rest. It's really beneficial to have this running in the background. It allows my sales team to keep in touch with people while they are working on other priorities. "It is a great marketing tool"

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? Hubspot helped us in tracking clients which come from inbound traffic. For doing the email campaigns for outbound we used the email sequencing feature which reduced our workload. In a way, we find Hubspot a better tool for inbound and outbound.
