Very good CRM with some flaws
HubSpot does some things like content promotion VERY well. It does a tremendous amount of things as a CRM, but it is wanting in terms of some features that come as standard with other CRMs such as tagging contacts, the ability to 'nurture' deals or contacts through a "Next Steps' feature out of the box, and some limitations with reporting. It is highly configurable and is constantly evolving with more features I give it 4 1/2 stars.

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? The capability to do everything i.e. building email sequences, in app calling, etc. Great UI and visibility on pipeline. Link scheduling! For sales it checks off just about all of my boxes so far.

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? As far as pipeline organization for sales goes, Hubspot is great. The tasking feature allows me to stay organized and on the ball for sending emails and making calls in a timely manner. It allows me to organize my tasks to contact people by timezone, a huge benefit when working in an industry with unofficial "no-call" hours.
