"Hubspot is a middle of the road CRM that covers the basics"
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? Hubspot covers the basics needs. The navigation is pretty user-friendly and covers the things that it needs to. I like the grid view of clients and the ability to move them around easily.

Good for multiple tasks
I'm using HubSpot for content and social media purposes. Other people in my company use it for their sales workflow. It's also possible to make landing pages. Everything within one platform. A negative moment: often page load time is too long.

Posting to all our social accounts made easy
I love being able to post to all our accounts from one draft! It makes it so easy! The only issue I have is I wish there was an email notification if a social post fails. I had a few scheduled and one failed and I didn't realize or see that until 2 days later when I went back into the hub.

Hubspot is an amazing CRM
Hubspot is an amazing CRM. It however is a terrible experience for most businesses. Their pricing is very dishonest. I clicked a feature and was redirected to a page where it said I needed to buy a subscription. I paid, $50/month for a variety of features, turns out, I was redirected to the wrong page. Instead of $50 a month, I needed the $900/month subscription, just to make pie charts off data already stored in Hubspot... Support was EXTREMELY unhelpful.
