We are now more efficient and independent

Our company recently switched from having 3 different tools for emails & sms, blog, landing pages, and metrics to Hubspot. Our marketing team not only got more efficient but also more independent. We can now create whole customer journeys and look at the data with little to no help from the development team. I only give 4 stars because there's always room to improve!😉

One of the top marketing automation platforms

My team uses HubSpot as our marketing automation platform, and we really appreciate what it has to offer for marketing workflows, email marketing, website traffic tracking, and integrating our marketing efforts. I'm a marketer with a background in web design, so I think the landing page builder leaves something to be desired, though we make it work. For the price it could be MUCH better

Solution is working okay. The negatives are that we pay for each thing we want, at different levels, for a very high price monthly. Even with the highest package for a certain area, we are still limited on users or templates or contacts, and have to pay even more than the highest package to add extras of the aforementioned items. The texting solutions are also not great, and cannot be integrated to text from the Hubspot mobile app - so employees have to go back and forth between the two ...
