"A great (personal) CRM to start with"

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? Hubspot Saleshub is easy to understand. I use it as my personal CRM. I have tried Google sheets, Airtable, etc. but a dedicated CRM is much better than using columns in a table. Their API's and limits are great to enable my custom workflows too.

"Great for growing businesses"

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? Sales Hub gives me one tool to work out of - I can send clients my calendar link, track activity, tie contacts and documents to deals, and understand who is viewing my documents. Great to have this all in one tool.

We trialled the free package - bad decision

We trialled the free package. On the face of it, it looks good. Easy to pick up and it automatically fills in info about potential customer profiles etc. However, it does not save info inputted for more than one user. So crucial facts such as sales visit info cannot be fed to a colleague taking on follow-up. In addition, timed tasks which you set reminders for do not 'ping' up nor even remain past the time they were set for. No, I won't be buying their paid-for version as the free version ...
