Awful service. Missing key features.
Difficult platform to use at times. Crazily expensive, they're not interested in small businesses at all - only enterprise customers. Hundreds if not thousands of threads with lots of comments about new features, Hubspot don't even ACKNOWLEDGE it. Glaring problems and omissions in the platform that they just don't care about. Moving away to Pipedrive this year and we can't wait to be rid of this horror. Missing basic stuff like the ability to mass-delete attachments instead of doing it ...

Buyer beware, once you’ve crossed the contacts threshold the new price stays forever.
Software is great but if you’re a small business and you go over your contacts beware, that new price is yours for the rest of your contract. They aren’t very clear about that fact and will absolutely not help you and their Customer success reps are really dismissive. DO NOT sign a long term contract with them or you may get stuck with a heck of a bill and no way out.

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? It is highly effective and efficient to manage leads and their status. Me and my colleagues can be on the same page and look at the conversations. This allows us to avoid any duplications.

FRAUDULANT CHARGES...Stay Away From This Company!
Stay Away From This Company! A Lady that works independently for me set us up without my authority OR AUTHORIZATION on a free trial, somehow I've was paying $450/ month (never signed anything) and called to stop it with my bank, then I just caught I've been getting charged $450/ month for many months with no authority and just caught this. This company has NO CLUE how to treat people this is fraud taking money without authoriziations and I will be pressing CRIMINAL charges. Stay away ...

4 stars (Free is limited - Paid is expensive
So where do I start? My experience with HubSpot is that it is actually a very good CRM however as some others have cited the pricing is a little bit High period also it seems to favor larger accounts rather than smaller ones but all around it is a reasonable CRM. I don't think I'll be continuing due to the price but I would recommend someone who has the budget for it. They also do have a free version which is what I'm currently using and it's pretty good but it seems rather limited as ...
