Impressed with Hubspot
I started using the HubSpot CRM and I'm very impressed. The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use. The features are very comprehensive and cover all the basics I need. The customer service has also been great! They have been very quick to respond to any inquiries I have had. I would highly recommend HubSpot CRM for anyone looking for an effective and reliable CRM solution.

Never Won't Use Hubspot...
Hubspot is awesome. Live chat is always super helpful. It's so user friendly and is nice having marketing and sales all in one platform

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? I like the ease at which you can organise your tasks and set up the day ahead. I also like the tracking to feature so you can see your progress daily, weekly, monthly etc.

Long and expensive contracts
If you're a small business don't use Hubspot without pausing to first consider CRMs that offer monthly contracts. We got tied into a 12 month deal, then I had to make some of our team redundant...they were long gone and I was still having to pay £1K a month to Hubspot. Just pick something with some more flexibility...
