Do not use this CRM

Do not use this CRM. The user experience is terrible. The integrations are extremely clunky. The UI is confusing and difficult to use. The terms are borderline immoral, and once you have committed, there's no flexibility in change, only to invest more. The evergreen clauses such as auto-renewal are the biggest watch out. If you pass this by a day you have to pay the full amount, even if your team no longer use the platform. DO NOT USE Hubspot!

"A must have for Sales"

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? Everything is in the same spot and the interface is easily navigatable. It's easy on the eyes and a very well made application.

Just awful

Just awful. You'll note that all the 5* reviews are 'invited'. These are solicited reviews AKA not authentic. The real reviews are ones without the 'invited' indicator. It just doesnt work. Import doesn't work unless you precisely match their data model which is impossible as they don't make their data model accessible. Their answer - create your own custom columns but of course you are limited to 10 on the free plan. Which means you need to upgrade to paid or spend weeks and weeks ...

Expensive solution with horrible functionalities

Expensive solution with no data tracking. You have to do a lot of clicks to register ANY activity. No calendar to plan your work in CRM. Lack of information to review the whole scope of work to be done. Lack of correct filtering. No connection between the account and contact in this account. A lot of technical issues, the system doesnt work propely, half of the day you cant put in your activities. Compare to the price and functionalities does not worth the price. All in all horrible system

Horrible onboarding experience, this so-called onboarding specialist: Perry Won guy looks like he doesn't care at all if we learn or not about the product. What a waste of time! Until now we still dont know how to use automations or pipelines! ridiculous!

Make sure you have a good lawyer

Make sure you have a good lawyer to handle their contracts. I think it's a pretty common experience with their subscription: just be certain you're ready to pay out significantly more than their annual contract since there are plenty of fees and price increases. They keep editing my contract with those fees.

They won't let you downgrade the number…

They won't let you downgrade the number of paid users, the button is greyed out. You have to contact support to manage to downgrade that. This kind of agressive SaaS practices is the worst

Can not log in

Can not log in. Account created and could not get technical help. No indication on why I can not log in. Can't get past their automated service. If it is this complex to get started, I don't want to see what happens when you are a customer.
