Notice how 5 Star reviews are all "Invited"

The product is pretty nice! But the pricing plan is super predatory, just be careful when you're looking at the contract to make sure it isn't a 12-month contract. The representatives continuously lied on the phone to get us to sign but fortunately, we looked at the reviews first!

Beware of predatory contracts!

I'm actually quite a big fan of the product; however, my customer experience has been atrocious: 1. Predatory Contracts: Contract terms are pretty straightforward, but I want to warn potential customers not to sign long-term deals with them. They jumped my monthly fee 4x. Granted, I should have been more vigilant with my autorenewal policy, but they renewed my policy, while increasing my fees by hundreds of dollars. 2.
