Terrible service and take no responsibility for Issues
Terrible service and take no responsibility for issues that are faced. Introduced a terrible partner that cannot integrate the system with our ERP and are now saying it's nothing to do with them. Avoid using them at all costs it's not worth your time or money.

I am giving 4 stars for HubSpot being a salesconsultant, HubSpot is providing an overall good score from here. The thing missing is having call-systems such as AirCall, non of them are currently working using the HubSpot app on the phone. This means that I need to use my laptop in order to use AirCall through HubSpot. As a salesperson the big need for a good team is to create an open area of work, this creates sales. What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? I like that I'm able to filter and sort the information that I input in several different ways. Quickly navigating to a client's phone number, email, or lead status is incredibly useful.
