Built To Make You Spend More

Hubspot was a good tool when we first signed up four years ago. Now, it is a software designed to mark as many of your contacts as 'marketing' contacts without your control. What this does it put your account into higher and higher contact tiers, increasing your cost with almost no warning. It is sad to see a company such as Hubspot take on the tactics of cell phone companies by billing you into oblivion for any overage.
