"Great for tracking sales and servicing, love how they continue to improve!"

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? I love how I can utilize this tool to create forecasting and track the progress toward achieving internal goals for our sales team. It also helps us navigate which deals need to be pushed along if anything has been stagnant, and reconnect the deal to progress it forward. Additionally, tracking turnaround times on tickets has helped us improve our CSAT and help determine how many people we need based on our flow of services.
